Medically-based foot care (only $35 per person) includes nursing assessment of feet and lower legs, trimming of toenails, smoothing and reduction of callouses, corns, and/or thickened fungal toenails, freeing of ingrown toenails (if not infected), application of moisturizing lotion to feet and lower legs with brief massage, and sharing of education about the importance of routine foot care to your overall health.  People with diabetes and other chronic conditions are welcome.  Care will be provided by experienced registered nurses, training to receive their certification in medically based, high risk foot care.  Nurses will be precepted by Heather Fogg, RN, BSN, CFCS who already has her national certification with the American Foot Care Association. Heather is the owner and founder of Fundamental Foot Care.
