MCC supports the recruitment and retention efforts of Maine's employers. They work directly with clients who are being recruited for relocation to Maine to sell them on the idea and share all that Maine communities have to offer. Once a candidate has relocated MCC works to integrate the new hire and their family into the community, connect them to resources and help them feel at home in their new home.
