Protecting your Employees from Workplace Violence
It is important for employers to have a plan in place and to be prepared in the event of a workplace violence situation. Sergeant Jason Stuart from the Bangor Police Department will discuss this important topic and offer advice as to how to respond in this situation, how best to protect yourself and your employees, when to leave, when to hide, when to engage the aggressor and what to expect when the police arrive.
