Event Description:
During this seminar attendees will be asked to rethink their misconceptions of the generations they interact with on a day to day basis. They will be given information on what drives each particular generation and how they can maximize their engagement within their workforce. It’s an interactive workshop which requires attendees to actively think about how their own lives were shaped by defining life events and what those instances help bring to the desktop, boardroom, classroom, clinic, etc.
