Job Description
ELLSWORTH - Come join a growing team where you'll help make a difference in peoples' lives. BASS is recruiting a Client Care Specialist for a Direct Hire with our client, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a locally owned physical therapy clinic. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the office while keeping daily clinic operations running smoothly. The typical schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm. Starting pay $24-28.hr.
Some Duties Include:
-Schedule and manage patient appointments in person and over the phone
-Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments to keep schedules on track
-Greet patients, visitors, and vendors with a smile and professional attitude
-Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
-Register new patients, process payments, verify insurance, and assist with billing-related tasks
-Support administrative needs while upholding clinic policies and values
-Light housekeeping duties

Requirements
-Must have prior administrative/customer service experience
-Medical office experience or billing experience a plus yet not required
-Strong communication and people skills with a patient-first mindset
-Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
-Familiarity with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems (or a willingness to learn)
-A positive team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
-Confidence to work well independently
