Watch Me Shine began as a small early intervention program for children with special needs and has evolved into a large childcare center and therapy program. Watch Me Shine currently has over 60 employees. Watch Me Shine also offers mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. We address issues impacting people’s relationships with compassion, kindness, and acceptance.
 
Watch Me Shine is seeking a full-time L.C.S.W. or L.C.P.C. to work with children ages 3-8 and their families. This individual will be working in the center and in the home and community, providing treatment to young children with special needs. Experience with family therapy and working with children with developmental delays, trauma, and disruptive behaviors is preferred.
