Northern Light Health is seeking an HVAC/R Technician!

Position is located: Cianchette Professional Building, Bangor

Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements: Licensed Propane and Gas Tech, High School Diploma/GED

Provide heating, refrigeration and air conditioning repair, maintenance and installation for EMHS Bangor area buildings. Performs maintenance tasks as required. Maintains building management systems. Tests and repairs HVAC systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing sealants, parts, and components including pumps, AHUs, chillers, and boilers. Organizes work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints, gathering required materials. Documents actions by completing equipment records. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with OSHA regulations.
