Performance Management Analyst - Associate #64320
The Performance Management Analyst - Associate provides a range of services in the Corporate Resource Center of a multi-hospital integrated health system, employing almost 10,000 staff, which serves a large rural region of northern and eastern Maine and urban Portland Maine. This professional works in a team to offer Performance Management services in the areas of provider productivity, labor productivity and benchmarking, which includes ongoing reporting, report analysis, reporting tool maintenance and administering processes necessary to maintain data integrity. H/She will collaborate with Home Office and Member staff to achieve best practice processes. The Performance Management Analyst - Associate will work closely with the System Director of Finance to support the needs of the Vice President of Finance, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer as well as internal and external clients that partner with EMHS. In this role, the Performance Management Analyst - Associate must demonstrate and promote excellent customer service, responsiveness, oral and written communication, accurate and supported analysis, and project management skills.
H/she will also, as needed, interface with Member Organization Presidents as well as other senior leaders and executives across the system on behalf of the System Director of Finance and the VP of Finance.
