Hermon, ME - Bangor Area Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Sales Professional for our client, a local real estate leasing and development business. If you’re highly motivated and looking to continue a career in sales or real estate, this is the job for you!

In this position you will be: tracking and analyzing current market conditions, marketing properties and keeping listings up-to-date, and working with potential tenants and buyers to qualify and ascertain their needs.

Other duties include: showing properties, attending professional and networking events, preparing and presenting reports of potential needs to the rest of the real estate team, and more.

Starting pay is $20-25 per hour, yet our client may consider more for the right candidate.
 

Requirements
Sales experience a must
Knowledge of commercial real estate preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Good computer skills
Valid driver’s license
