Seeking Delivery Drivers for a full-time opportunity with our client, a local delivery company. Out most days no later than 2 pm! Schedule- Monday thru Friday, 4:45 am to between 1 pm & 2 pm. In this position you deliver totes & parcels to and pick up from customers while maintaining an on-time schedule and being cordial & professional with customers.

You must be able to problem solve, be flexible, and be a safe driver. You will perform daily vehicle inspection, maintain a clean vehicle, operate material handling equipment, and account for totes/parcels with scanning equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
 

Requirements
Experience & Skills:

-Prefer prior delivery experience.
-Maneuvering vehicle safely at varying speeds, in heavy traffic, inclement weather, and backing up around corners and in and around very tight areas.
-May be subject to irregular work schedules due to unforeseen delays in routes.
-Must obtain a DOT medical card and qualify for recertification.
-Perform duties in a variety of environments with exposure to all types of weather conditions.

Must Haves:

-Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
-Ability to do repetitive lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the day.
-Repetitive walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and driving are required up to 6-8 hours per day.
-Must be able to enter and exit the cab of the truck as well as the box of the truck multiple times during shift.
-Meet criminal background check requirements.
-Meet full drug testing requirements.
-HS diploma or equivalent
