Bangor, Maine, January 5, 2020.  Rudman Winchell is pleased to announce that attorneys Caitlyn S. Smith and Mark K. Caitlyn S. Smith focuses her practice on litigation, primarily in the areas of family and criminal law. Caitlyn is an accomplished and aggressive litigator who has an unfailing dedication to her clients. She establishes strong and lasting client relationships by committing herself to understand each client’s needs and delivering exceptional service tailored to each client’s specific situation. Caitlyn is an excellent advocate for her criminal and family law clients and has a passion for assisting people through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Caitlyn is active in numerous professional associations, including membership in the Maine Bar Association and serving on the board of the Penobscot Bar Association. Caitlyn is also a member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the John Waldo Ballou Inn of Court. Additionally, Caitlyn serves on the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce’s Governmental Affairs Committee.
