COVID 19 NUMBERS News Release: 3/24/2020
Follow social distancing rule of a minimum of 6 feet.
Meditate or practice deep breathing either on your own or with an app at least 15 minutes daily .
Set a timer and at least 4 times per day check in with one of your 5 senses. Concentrate on the feeling of a soft blanket around your shoulders, the smell of a meal cooking, the taste of small piece of dark chocolate, the sound of music, or the sight of some puffy clouds.
Limit social media time to 2 seperate 10 to 15 minute increments and or specifically check in with 5 friends and get out!
Sleep 8 hours per night and nap if able, 15 minutes a day.
