Giving Back December: Box of Maine & D-Max Partner to Fight Hunger
This December, Box of Maine is teaming up with 13-year-old local entrepreneur Dorian “D-Max” Pillsbury for a month-long campaign called Giving Back December.
For every Box of Maine purchased this month, $1 will be donated to the Brewer Area Food Pantry—supporting families right here in our community during a time when food insecurity is rising.
Why This Matters
- 1 in 5 children face hunger
-
The Brewer Area Food Pantry is serving more families than ever.
-
Your holiday gift box can help keep shelves stocked and families supported.
A Partnership Rooted in Community
D-Max, co-founder of D-Max Merch, has already raised thousands for food pantries and youth programs across the region.
“Dorian has such an inspiring heart for this community,” said Dan Finnemore, Owner of Box of Maine. “We’re proud to partner with him and help make a real difference for families right here in Brewer.”
D-Max shared why he’s excited about this collaboration:
“I’m excited to work with Box of Maine because they have the best stuff — including Moxie! — and now every box helps families in my community. That feels awesome.”
